Dunes Agency was born from a shared passion for events and a desire to bring together two complementary approaches to event management. As brother and sister, Justine and Jonathan combine more than a decade of experience across luxury events, corporate events, institutional projects, premium sports events and international event production. Justine brings her expertise in event planning, project management and client relations, while Jonathan specialises in production, technical operations and the creative execution behind the scenes.
Over the years, we each developed our own experience and perspective within the events industry. Bringing those strengths together felt like a natural next step, creating an event agency that combines strategic planning, creative thinking and meticulous production to deliver events that run seamlessly from concept to completion.

Justine is an enthusiast with over a decade of experience in planning and managing luxury events, corporate events, premium sports events, and institutional events. Passionate about her work, she thrives on creating memorable experiences, combining creativity, precision, and meticulous attention to detail.
Outside of work, she pursues other passions like cooking refined meals paired with fine wine, travelling, or reflecting on her many journeys, during which she embraced diverse cultures and explored local cuisines. As the eldest of four siblings and the owner of two dogs, Justine is a unique blend of spontaneity and discipline. She is warm, approachable, and eager to connect with people, yet highly organised and detail-oriented, embodying the dedication required to deliver flawless events. Her commitment to excellence drives her to go the extra mile in every project.
Jonathan Gilliot
Jonathan has a passion for event management, particularly in production and technical operations. His experience spans a wide range of global events, where he thrives on the challenges of ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. This combination of creativity and technical expertise allows him to seamlessly transform ideas into memorable, high-quality experiences.
Social, approachable, and full of enthusiasm, Jonathan is a natural connector. He is a dynamic sound engineer, electronic music producer, and DJ, passionate about creating immersive experiences through sound. His commitment to connecting with others and crafting meaningful moments defines both his professional and personal pursuits, while he balances his easygoing nature with strong leadership to inspire those around him.
Beyond the stage and studio, Jonathan is a culinary enthusiast who enjoys experimenting with flavours and sharing good food with friends and family. His creativity extends far beyond music and events, driving him to explore new ideas and innovate—whether behind the mixer, in the kitchen, or in building meaningful relationships.
